Excellent laptop sold by Amazon and shiped fastly and safely. The laptop is fast and has most of the needed programs installed. I haven`t suffer from the sudden shut down it happened to the Dell laptop I had before. It doesn`t get hot like Toshiba. I strongly recommend Sony since I have had bad experiences with other kinds of laptops and their companies.

There is a mistake in description of this item. The processor type of this laptop is "T3200 which is Intel Pentium Dual Core T3200 Mobile 2.0GHz 667MHz OEM CPU 1MB Cache", but in the description processor described as Intel Core 2 Duo.
